mango salad...

i had one for lunch and it was soo good. there were little strips of smooth stuff cut like spaghetti. i looked up recipes for mango salad and some of them have avocado? i've never had avocado before, so do you think i could've eaten avocado??/ if i did, then it totally messed up my calorie plan, cuz avocados are fatty.

You may have eaten some avocado (was it green?). They are a fabulous food, mainly for their texture and how they taste when combined with other fruits and veggies (thinking about guacamole makes me drool a little bit). But even if you did eat some, it's unlikely you ate that much and if you did rest assured the fat in them is "good fat" as it is monounsaturated that actually lowers cholesterol levels.  If you busted your calorie plan maybe just do some extra workout today.
ok there was nothing green in the dish lol. it was all yellow. *sigh of relief*
