I did my first workout of stage 1 last night (yeah!!) but I feel like the back of my neck is bruised from the bar.  I have a really bony upper body so I guess I was aggravating the back of my neck and anywhoo so I found this device called a Mantaray and wondered if anyone has used it/heard of it?

I figured maybe a towel would work but I can see myself now fighting with the dang towel to get it to stay.  Yell

I just used a hand towel and put it on my back, not on the bar.  That worked out well.

Also - you should have the bar on your trap muscles, lower than your neck... That may help you some!

So how low should the bar be?  I guess it was hitting the very top of my spine where a bone sticks out..... you would have though the trainer helping me out would have told me that! 

Here is a good article and picture on where the bar should be!  Hope it helps!  Yeah, if you have a trainer, he/she should have known where it goes!
