Marathon Training and Diet

Quote  |  Reply

I have a little over 2 months until my first marathon. I'm an avid runner, but I've never done that distance before. I'm upping my milage, eating tons, and I'm still starving. I'm basically clueless as how to eat properly for training and I need help.

Any advice would be great, thanks!

PS: I'm a celiac---> NO GLUTEN (wheat, barley, rye)

Just eat...that is what I do!  I don't eat any garbage, only healthy food, I watch my weight everyday, but I am 6'3" 195 to 200 lbs...so I burn over 3,000 calories just by staying active moderately.

If I were you, I would just eat...make sure your getting enough carbs to cover your mileage output.  When your training for a marathon it is like buffet time lol
