March 9 - April 5 results
My trainer says from the beginning of training with her I've lost 2.75% body fat even though I've gained about a pound of weight.
I've also lost an inch in my waist, gained an inch in calf and thighs together, lost 1.5 inches in my bust, half an inch in my neck (weird huh?), and my biceps and forearm have stayed the same pretty much.
She was astounded at the fat loss in that little amount of time actually... She was measuring from February 7, but I didn't really start kicking my own ass until March I think, so most of this is due to NROLFW I think.
I like my muskles, they're purty :)

Those are serious results! It's the BF and measurements I care about, more than the number on the stupid scale.
