The challenge is pretty easy.
We'll have 5 weekly weigh In's and then a final weigh in on the last day of the month and the dates will be...:

Goal Weight: 138 (I know that is ambitious ... but it is only two pounds per week ... I am going to TRY my HARDEST)!!! I WANT THIS BAD!! I leave for vacation on the 29th ... and I want to fit into the cocktail dresses that I bought for our trip!! I did horrible in Jan-Feb in terms of weight loss ... even though I tried really hard (with the exception of 1 weekend), I only lost 4 lbs in January and 4 lbs in February (mostly because I plateaued a bit). Now, I am going to kick it into high gear ... I lost 7lbs in Nov and 8 lbs in Dec (over Thanksgiving and Christmas!) ... and I am ready to do it again! Wish me luck!

Well, my weight was down to 127 most of the week and I was sooooo happy because it was the weight at which I really started gaining, but then I don't know what happened Saturday! It was bad! I'm pretty happy with this week's work. Using the wii fit every day is helping me. I'm getting more activity and learning a little about my center of balance and posture.
So far on CC I've lost 20.8 lbs over 10 months. I'm very happy with that. I hope with my new activities it will go a little faster. Also measured after 1 month and lost 5.38 inches. yay.

not a total surprise. last two days i've eaten a LOT more processed foods than i usually do. Friday morning i was at 160.4 and then yesterday morning it was 163, so i'm thinking a lot of it is water weight. i've also not made time for work out. hopefully today will be better all around.
