Recipe Ingredients for Margarita Chicken

4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup tequila
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped fresh
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Margarita Chicken

  1. Rinse and dry chicken breasts and sprinkle with kosher salt.

  2. In a glass bowl, mix lime juice, orange juice, tequila, cilantro, garlic and cayenne pepper.

  3. Marinate chicken breasts in the margarita marinade for 1 hour to overnight, depending on how much you like the tequila flavor

  4. Grill chicken breasts over medium coals until juices run clear, around 5-6 minutes per side

  5. Serve with sliced avocado and corn salad
