Marinaded Chicken Breast ?
I marinaded a chicken breast in Balsamic Vinegerate over night. How do you figure out the calories for the marinade?

Did you weight the chicken before you marinade it? Because if you took the after marinade weight minus the before marinade weight, then you would know exactly how much marinade soaked into the chicken by calculating the difference.
Failure to do that, I would guesstimate it at about 1-2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegerate per chicken breasts.

Thanks, I did not weigh, so I will have to guess
speaking of marinating chicken, I took some boneless skinless breasts and I pounded them a little to make them extra tender and then I placed them in a plastic zip lock bag with some Mrs Dash original seasoning and the juice from a fresh squeezed lime. I then grilled them. What a great flavor. Oh and they only marinated in the fridge for about 2 hours. If you like chicken and marinades, try this one.
I eat SOOO much chicken. And my 2 fav preperations are - Teriyaki marinade - 1/4 cupSoy Sauce, 1 tsp Sesame Seeds and 1 tsp honey. Pound it all up with a spoon and soak the chicken and its only a few calories and the marinade and be used in the cooking. It great for stirfry.
My other favourite is to coat the chicken (lightly) in Cajun Spice mix and then put it under the grill in he oven right on the oven rack. It tastes fantastic, has cool little black grill lines on it which look pretty neat when serving and best of all NO OIL!
