Mars company and animals.
I recently read that the Mars company (the ones who make twix, snickers, musketeers) condone animal testing. They've conducted tests on animals and I think what they've done is horrible. I wanted to put that out there for all the vegetarians, and wanted to make people aware.

Sure, I'll post the link to the website, I think there's an email there that you can send to the Mars company asking them to stop what they're doing. I'm going to edit the original post.
And yeah, I could not believe this when I first heard it! I loved my Twix, and my Snickers..but I'm going to try my best to stop eating that because of what they're doing to animals. :[

This is true, but it's much harder to avoid medicines that were animal-tested. If the drugs they give my father for his lymphoma was tested on animals, then so be it, he should still take them of course. I don't agree with the testing, but honestly I would rather that my dad not die. On the hand of things like candy and cosmetics, however? It's so COMPLETELY unnecessary that it makes me absolutely ill.
