| 8 | ounces fat free sour cream |
| 2 | tblsp flour |
| 1/2 | cup water or beef broth |
| 8 | ounces mushrooms, sliced |
| 1/4 | cup shallots |
| 2 | tsp garlic, minced |
| 1/8 | tsp black pepper |
| 4 | ounces penne pasta |
- Brown meat with shallots, garlic, and mushrooms.
- Add 1/2 cup water. Simmer.
- Mix flour into sour cream; add to beef and heat.
- Cook pasta according to directions and add to beef mixture.
