I think I may be having binge eating disorder- after binging on plain junk food few days ago (i binged for like 3000kcals in a sitting- see my previous posts if you want to know more about it), I mangaed to keep myself back on track to 1200kcals a day for around 2 days(my maintainance is 1400kcals) Howevre I have been binging again theesdays, but I usually binge on fruits. Someone gave us a fruit basket, and I had so much fruits- grapes, kiwi, custard apple, longans, lychees, cherries, apples, blueberries. I have roughly calculated the amount of calories and they amount to 1400kcals!!!
Although I know fruits are healthy and full of vitamins, I still feel awful everytime I do this- it's the act of binging on fruits that makes me feel disgusted with myself. I kept on thinking things like 'hey I could have eaten a delicious Macdonalds meal with all the calories I've taken!' What should I do? It seems that once I eat one piece of fruit I just can't stop eating them until they're finish or until I am really really really bloated and full. What should I do? Please help!!!
Thanks for reading my wordy post!!

How can your maintenance calories be 1400?! Even if you're 5'8 and weighed 90 pounds with a BMI of 13.7 your maintenance is still 1500 calories.
You're not eating enough, that's why you're binging. Your body is trying to get back all the calories its missing.

My maintenance calories is 1500kcals- that was what my doctor said. But I usually keep it to 1400kcals because I tend to have late night cravings and end up eating around 100kcals of snacks.
I believe even though fruits are healthy they're still bad since it's an act of binging- when I binge, I feel so angry and ashamed with myself which leads to more binging. I always have this 'hey whatever... I've blown it up anyway so I can just continue and start tomorrow afresh!'. But tomorrow I fail again. Somehow fruits are my trigger food- once I eat one piece of grape, or cherry, or anything... I just can't stop and eat until I get extremely bloated and full. Is there anyway I can control my eating and stop binging on fruits all the time?? It's driving me crazy!!!

Can you just grab one or two pieces of fruit then leave the kitchen? If they're not in your line of sight, you'll be less tempted to grab more. Try to make sure you sit down, concentrate on what you're eating and really ENJOY them :) Cut it into small pieces and savor every bite. You'll be getting the fruit you want, but enjoying it even more.
Try grabbing something else, too. You can try sticking with high fiber vegetables that'll fill you up?
And at least you're not binging on chocolate marshmallow bears, like me ;)
