The Massive Sized Omelet, its A-OK

Quote  |  Reply
Im not a fan of egg whites but adding one to 2 eggs for a 160-180 cal (depending on the source)  omelet still blows my mind because it is so BIG.

I usually take a 30cal slice of borden fatfree cheese, third it to fit lengthwise down the center before flipping both side into the center.  Sometimes another 15-30 cal ketchup.

Sitting on a dinner size plate to accommodate it, I find myself second guessing myself. 200-240 calories - really?  My full stomach and my budget thanks it.

3 eggs, cheese slice and bit of ketchup - less than $1.
Bumping a 2egg omelet up to 3egg for 20cal more - priceless.

Isn't great!!! I make it all the time! Even for dinner! I use the same cheese too! Lately I've been loading it with turkey sausage, raw spinach, red peppers, onions and tomatos!

Do you use Pam or Oil when making your omelet?
i do the same thing for dinner! I work fulltime and go to college at night so by the time i come home i'm hungry and its late so i want something easy and fast. I usually use 4 egg whites and fat free cheese. I also use Pam spray instead of oil.

try a healthy salsa instead of catsup

I use pam spray too and like you guys, for lunch or dinner definitely do it!

Agreed - so easy as Im always saying I dont cook so crack, stir, flip, yum!
