Matcha Drink Recipe

Need a warm, healthy, pick-me up in your mornings? Drink this instead of coffee. Find matcha in your health food stores, contains many antioxidant and boosts yours metabolism!

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups boiled water
2 g carob powder
2 g cocoa powder
1 g matcha (green tea powder)
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup skim milk
5 g artificial sweetener
Directions
Pour hot water over the powders. Stir. Sprinkle spices on top to liking. Add milk and sweetener to taste.
