May I please brag for a moment? :p

I finally ran 3 miles!  I've been working at that for about 2 months now, and I'm really happy I finally did it! I know that may not sound like so much to you '6 a day or more milers', but it's an achievement for me, so...yay! Cool

Awesome! It's great achievement to be able to run 3 miles comfortably!

I think that's impressive!  Good for you!

I know how that feels. When I was losing weight for my wedding I was walk running for three miles. By my wedding day I was able to run the whole time.

Congrats! Keep up the good work.

This particular six-miles-a-day-runner says "Way To Go!"

Congrats on your running milestone!  It is a great feeling to meet a goal.  Good for you Smile

Runners are HAWT!!!Cool

Brag away! That's awesome! It's conquering those milestones that's so much fun!

As someone else who's just recently run their first 5k (3.1 miles) continuously, CONGRATS! :)

Clint

That is awesome!!!   I'm still in the "walk 1 minute, run 7" step, but I hope to be making that same post some day.  Congrats to you and you have every right to brag!  (Now what's the next goal?)

That is a big acheivement for a lot of people.  I haven't done it since my early 20's.  I'd like to have the same bragging rights Laughing...

Congrats! As a new runner myself (about 3 months) I know how great it feels to run that bit further. Keep it up!

Aw, thanks everyone!!! That's so nice!

seashellhunter: Well, my next goal/s are: to be able to keep running that same distance and to maybe upgrade to 4 miles in a row. We'll see how that goes...:p

062121: Haha, thank you!!! I'm honored. Cool
