hello!

i know ive not posted in about 4 months but im still trudging along on my recovery wagon.

anyway...... this is probably silly.
i drink 1 mug of instant coffee (with a lil bit of skimmed milk) and 1 cup of tea (same as the coffee) and i estimate 50 cals for both of them.

should i even bother doing this or is it just adding excess im not really taking in? :S

Hi yyonah, good to see you back around :] I don't think that's too silly, though I know I don't count in vegetables and it may be on the same sort of level of thinking. x: Really, do what you feel more comfortable with.

I agree with lala, do whatever you feel comfortable with. Personally if you are only putting in a little milk, i dont think it will even add up to 50 cals but you may put in more than me lol :)

Hey yyonah!  I don't know if this helps but I love to drink tea, and as I make builder strength tea, but I know the tea itself is no calories, I factor in 200ml milk at the beginning to each day - semi skimmed is about 100, so that just sees me through the day.
