May Water Challenge
Ok, folks, we are going to try this water thing -- again. This time it will be run much the same way the monthly exercise challenges are run -- that is, you are responsible for keeping track of your totals and posting them (daily, weekly, whenever).
BUT DON'T POST UNTIL YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO POST.
How much do you want to drink a month?
Can you grab a glass of water instead of a cup of coffee or a beer?
Easy - Challenge yourself!!!
Pick a goal and work towards it!!!

Water does not have to be in the form of water -- any NON-caffeinated, non-alcoholic drink will count. I believe you will get greater benefit from non-sweetened drinks, however that is a personal opinion -- what is important is that you are drinking. Guidelines on how much change on almost a daily basis, but water will always be an important part of living. Too much water can be dangerous, so please think before you drink. Too much, too fast is what causes the problem. I think its important for you to be honest with yourself so you will truly get the benefit of this challenge.

Keep track of your ounces and post your accumulative totals daily or weekly whichever you prefer.
Please post your totals in this format:
Ounces drunk/monthly goal ounces so we can more easily find which section you are in
Example: 60/1500
The recordkeeper will not keep track of your accumulative ounces for you.
