Maybe I'm doing this wrong?
I'm finding it hard to eat as much as I should, I don't even really know where to start.
I'm going up from eating 100-300 calories up to about 900-1,100, and I find it really, really hard to do just that. I know now that my inceased amount is still too low, but I'm afraid to go too high.
I don't even know how much I need to gain, for a long time I thought I was overweight, but now i'm being told I am under weight. What should I do?
I'm 190.5 cm (6'3") and I currently weigh 159.1 kg (130 lbs). About how much should I be eating? How do i know when to stop gaining weight? (I don't want to be a blimp)

Try entering your stats into the above chart as a first step. You'll find that at 18, male, 75" and 130lbs your BMI registers as 16.3 which makes you dangerously underweight by at least 25lbs Have you seen a doctor? If not, please go along for a physical check as you're almost certainly suffering from an eating disorder and you clearly need medical help, counselling or dietician services. Depending on your physical state you may even need hospital treatment.
You'll also see that with just a low level of activity... less than an hour a day... you need 2730 cals just to maintain your weight. To gain, therefore, you need to add 500-1000 cals to that number i.e. 3230..3730 calories every day. So you can see that 1100 cals a day is not even getting close
To get that amount of energy into your body you're going to need to plan carefully and to give food and mealtimes priority from now on. The foods to focus on are energy-dense, nutrition-dense foods.... ideal are foods with a high fat content e.g. nuts, nut butters, avocado, red meats, oily fish, full-fat dairy products, oils in general. Next are the foods with a high natural sugar content e.g. dried fruit, bananas, dates, grapes. And you have to increase your intake of complex carbohydrates substantially.... bread, pasta, rice, noodles, starchy vegetables.
But do see your doctor immediately. You need professional support and advice, not something that can be obtained on a website.

I responded to your other post too. You have a very low bmi of 16. This is very dangerous and can lead to heart and other organ issues. This low of a calorie diet regardless of increase can kill you. I would encourage you to go to the doctors for a physical and to get into treatment. A young male who is normal weight may need over 3000 a day to function. So to gain weight you will need a lot. You have to push through the fears because gaining and recovery is very anxiety provolking but it will never be easy. Many ladies here who are much shorter eat 3000 a day to gain so imagine how much you may need. I hope you go to the doc so they can monitor this for you
