mcdonalds milk shake
so i am low on my calories today and dont feel like beginning a night of feasting. is getting a milkshake from micky d's okay? 440 calories in a small one which is fine. thats not too much sugar is it? i am second guessing myself and dont want to be.
If you feel like you need a treat, go for it. However, there are nutritional alternatives that don't requite 'feasting'. How about some nuts, or peanut butter? Plain milk? Avacado? Cheese slices? If you're going out anyway, what about picking up a can of Boost or Ensure? Some of those are quite tasty. Or... possibly a nutrition bar for weight gain?
But some people do enjoy a treat once in awhile; if none of those alternatives appeal to you, go get that shake! :)
Sweet, their milkshakes are awesome. :D
Hear, hear, mashed.
McDonald's also make awesome caramel sundaes, may I add.
Best wishes,
Mel.
