Hi everybody,
I need to loose 8 more pounds and don't how I should exactly compose my meals. Is there any ratio that would told you what is the percentage of carbs, protein... you should eat per meal and per day in order to lose weight?
I am 5'1 and weight 119 pounds. I am a woman aged of 24. My BMI is 22.5. I am exercising almost everyday (cardio).
Can someone help me in term of food?
I really need help!!!

general recommendations (along the lines of food guide pyramid) for weight loss are:
50% Carb
20% Fat
30% Protein
If you want to eat less protein than that, fine, but make sure you are eating roughly 1 gram per kilogram of body weight. So for you that would be 54 grams of protein. You certainly can eat more as well, but more than about 1.5 grams per kg has no additional benefits.
There are different ratios. Just plug in your diet cals in the calculator above.
Just dont do the ketogenic one as thats for under a doctors care.
