They have  put together 28-day meal plans for heart healthy/ weight loss, diabetic, and vegetarian diets. You can choose the 1200, 1500, or 1800 calorie option. Includes links to the recipies they mention.

This sounds like a great tool for people like me that never know what to cook or get bored eating the same foods all the time... :)
