I have a pretty busy schedule and sometimes dont have the time to eat a decent meal, so I was thinking maybe I could benefit from a meal replacement bar. Anyone have any that they would suggest??

Atkins peanut butter granola bars
It really depends on how many calories you're willing to take in and whether you're willing to eat artificial sweeteners or not.
Most of these bars are nothing more than a chemical factory with a scoop of protein powder in them. That being said, I do eat a few of them a week, out of necessity.
How about meal replacement SHAKES?
Boost, Ensure, Resource...?
MANY YUMMY FLAVOURS, very portable, "safer" chemically than bars.
Also come in high: calorie, protien, fibre, calcium...

I would rather not have shakes, they kinda scare me x.x and of course I would perfer not to have any artificial sweetners
Niss4: I understand your situation and I know how busy you are but I agree with David that meal replacement bars should be your last choice.
Well if artificial sweeteners are out of the question, your only real choices are Clif bars, Odwalla bars, and other similar brands.
The downside to them is they are really nothing more than sugar with some soy protein in them, and by the time you're done eating them, you'll probably want another one. I find the bars with artificial sweeteners do a better job of holding me over.
