Is this mealplan healthy?

Is it healthy for me to have eaten a mango, and two nectarines all day until supper time arrives, where I will eat a salad. I tend to do this on a daily basis. What do I do?

I'm guessing you know it isn't healthy at all.  If you're serious about being healthy, use the tools on this site.  That's all I can advise: check out the Tools menu and start figuring out what you should be eating.
Do you mean this is all you are eating? Because if that's the case then you know it's not healthy. You need protein, vegetable fiber, and fats to have a rounded diet. Not only that, but you are probably not getting enough calories.
I would say it's not good, you should  be eating more, especially if you're active, and different food groups as well, in my opinion.   I tend to do that too though, I have trouble getting enough calories cause I just love my fruits and veggies.  I try to like, add beans and salsa to  salads or some grilled chicked or rice or just something different.

I don't eat rice, beans or salsa.
It becomes difficult for me to find ideas as to what to eat.

For breakfast, I either eat an apple or a nectarine.

I'll usually skip lunch, and have a fruit at some point.

For dinner, I always eat a salad.

A mango + 2 Nectarines is approx 290 calroies.
why do you restrict yourself to just those foods?
It's not to just those foods.

But, basically, all I let myself eat is fruits, veggies, and salad.
Of couse it is not health.  Have you sought help from a nutritionist? You need a lot more calories as well as fat, protein, vitamins, and minerals in your diet.  And probably more carbs as well.

All you "let" yourself eat is fruits, veggies and salad (which BTW is veggies, thereby redundant).

I think you KNOW perfectly well that isn't healthy and you were hoping that someone here woud make you feel better about your choices.  Not likely to happen.  Please, please, please, use the tools on this site to determine what you need to be eating before you seriously harm  yourself!

I'm not attempting to do myself harm.

I'm attempting to stay at my weight of 106 lbs. and even lose a few.

I second that you may want to speak with a nutritionist or doctor.

 In the mean time, why not make yourself a fruit salad with your fruit, some beans (like adzuki or chick peas) and blue cheese?  Add some whole wheat crackers ont he side.

This will add in some protein and calcium and probably will be in your comfort level.

 Just keep adding in food groups to the food you are comfortable with, until your calories and nutrition are up.

Right now your diet is unhealthy, and could lead to problems like osteoporosis or heart failure (from a lack of nutrition) down the line. 

no this isn't healthy at all; this diet of yours sounds similar to mine when I was in the grips of anorexia; for a while it will feel good, and you'll think you're being healthy and smart as you watch yourself get thinner and see the scale numbers fall, but eventually it takes complete control over your mind and personality; please, please, PLEASE take care of yourself, you deserve it!!

are you really for real??
and if so.. "what do I do??"  have your parents check you into a hospital and be checked for an eting dissorder.  Really I hope your just playing, cause its so unhealthy to be doing what your doing.  Not just physically but mentally!

If you eat fewer than 1200 calories a day your metabolism is going to slow down. If you are aiming to lose weight you won't. You'll plateau. It's not healthy to eat all carbs (the fruit) like that. I think you know this is unhealthy. What do you mean, what do I do? You eat more. Plus, if you want to lose weight or maintain weight and be healthy you have to excercise and you won't be able to properly develop muscles without proteins.

also everything your eating is high in sugar...that's not good for you. You need sugar to survive but you can't live off it!
