How do you measure your cup size?

Quote  |  Reply
Ok I know how to measure the inches but how do I know what cup size I am? Ever since I've been losing weight, it seems like it's falling off of my chest first. I used to be a 34 B but now I'm almost positive that I'm down to an A cup, but I don't know how to know that for sure. Anyone know how to determine without going and getting professionally fitted? Thanks.

Here's a great website that gives a good explanation on how to fit yourself for a bra. Hope this helps!

I can't access it from my work computer. Do you have any other site?
Sorry I don't have another site. I am also at work or I would copy and paste the instructions. Do you have a computer at home? If not, I can try to do it when I get home tonight.:)
You can go to your local Victoria's Secret store.  They've helped me several times (I go up and down in boob size a lot LOL).
I go to a fitting room and make sure that I can't pinch too much of the material and then bend over and make sure they don't fall out. yea, I'm the one in the dressing rooms bouncing around with a stack of bras on the chairs.

The first place I lost was my boobs. I went from a full C to a barely there B... and I still want to lose another 15 lbs! I'm scared!
