Measurements - your thoughts?
What are your thoughts on recommended measurements? I'm 5'3 1/2, 22 years old and my measurements are as follows:
Calf: 12 inches
Upper Arm: 8 1/2 inches
Neck: 12 inches
Chest: 31 inches
Thigh: 18 inches
Waist: 24 inches
Hips: 34 ½ inches
I wouldn't mind hearing your honest thoughts on those measurements, thank you. :)
I`m 113 pounds at 5'3, putting me at the lower end of the healthy BMI, and my calf is almost the size of your thigh. That being said, I don`t think you really want to hear my honest thoughts on your measurements. xD

Well at risk of getting yelled at it sounds great to me, pre-preg I had a 24 inch waist and I was always slim then, I'm 5'0 and always felt I looked great. I have more bosomage though, more like 34, but that's just body shape variables and doesn't reflect on body fat - my sister's heavier and 38DD!!
Who in the world is recommending meaurements?
The only thing that matters is maintaining a healthy weight and staying fit.
Genetics will determine your overall dimensions.
If you are fit it is very likely that your measurments will reflect a decent proportion. That is all. NOTHING ELSE.
One can determine nothing by measurments alone as musculature and frame size will play a major role in how you are shaped and thus your dimensions.
Having X thigh size does not reflect your fitness or fatness.
In my honest opinion you sound a bit skinny. But I guess it might be possible to be healthy and that size......... maybe. Even on a tiny frame most people with a 24'' waist have trained it with a corset though.

Honest to G-d, not me, though don't forget I'm a shortie! lol
I was just skinny in the body, biggish on the butt and thigh back then. Post little angel, that changed, now I pile it on in the midriff more than my booty... But back in the 50's the UK size 12 was a 24 inch waist, it's really not unattainable, just as women maybe got more muscular or something maybe. I won't get mine back now, settle for 28![]()
It's hard for me to judge, as I'm so much taller, but I don't think you have any weight (or inches) that seem trimmable. If you're unhappy at all with how you look, it seems like it would be additions (weight lifting, protein, muscle mass) rather than subtractions (calories, weight, inches) that could be even remotely suggestable.

not always true.
I am 5'4", 136lbs (in the upper part of healthy range) and my waist is 25"
my hip (however) are 41". it's all about shape. just because someone has a tiny waist doesnt mean they can do anything about it. my waist is the last place i gained weight, my hips/thighs were the first...
