9. how do you like your steak?: medium-rare.

11. honestly, since becoming calorie-conscious/health-conscious.. do you miss bacon?: it's been so long, i don't even remember what bacon tastes like.. so no.

13. what was the last meat product you ate?: i had an egg white omelet at lunch :)

14. do you weigh out an 85g portion (1 "serving") of meat, or do you just eat however much you want as long as you log the calories?: i just eat however much i want, and then log the calories afterwards. sometimes i eat like a 120g portion :|

5. do you think meat is worth the calories?: definitely. its just the add-ons that aren't worth the calories (like deep frying it or covering it in gravy...the meat itself is low-cal)

3. what meats are traditionally served at thanksgiving in your family?: we usually have turkey but we've had chicken before. This year I'm a pescatarian so we had shrimp and scallops
