Meatloaf with a twang
| 2 | lbs ground beef, extra lean |
| 16 | ounce tomatoes, can |
| 5 | oz chilie, can |
| 1 | cup green pepper, chopped |
| 2 | tbsp garlic |
| 1/4 | cup dried onion |
| 2 | tsp dried red peppers |
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Blend can tomatoes if they are whole.
- Finely chop chilies.
- Mix all ingredience well.
- Place in meatloaf pan.
- Cook until center of meatloaf is at least 160 degrees.
