i'm 5'7, 5'8 on a tall day....
har har..

im at 150 now...my goal is 125-130. 130 is probably most likely with muscle tone.

and man let me tell you...it's damn hard to get below 150.
:) good luck
Hi

I'm 5'8" and 229ish pounds. I aim for 160 at least. A long way to go..
I'm 5'8 and at the moment I'm 153. I'm aiming for high- to mid-130s, but I'll be happy if I can get to the 140s because I haven't lost anything substantial in a few months. I really just want to look good :)
I'm 5'7" and 135 makes me look like a scarecrow... size 4/6 currently.
I'm 5'7" and my goal weight is 123 lbs, and I'm still not sure if I will stop there.
I, too, am 5'7.5" (the half is important to me ;)
According to the site, with my medium frame, I should be aiming for 143.7. I'm currently just above 160. My goal weight is about 145, but I want to look very toned. I'll be a healthy weight at 150, I think (that's when my BMI is healthy), but I'd like to get closer to the mid-range of the healthy BMI, which I think is the 143-145.

I haven't been in the 140's since I was 14, though, and I'm now 28, so I'm looking forward to it :)
I'm 5'8" and I weigh 154lbs-4lbs over my goal weight.

The last 4lbs are murder. lol

I am 5'7"  I weigh 180  have gained weight over a long period and

now I want to get back to at least 150    I work and am usually fairly active   but I am also 64    do I stand a chance of getting back to  my goal
absolutely!  you have a very good chance of reaching your goal, and even surpassing it.  i am 60, and i reached my goal in august and have been maintaining it ever since.

I'm 5'7" and my goal weight is 135lbs, because I, too, want to look like a scarecrow.
No trillix, that isn't possible... that's very dangerous.. aim for 130lbs and you'll be as thin as a rake but at least you won't be dead.
Not possible trillix, you have a death wish?
Trillix, that weight at your heigth would put you in the underweight category which comes with it's own set of health problems.  I am 5'7" and weigh 170. My docotrs both said that a realistic HEALTHY goal is between 130-150. This is a broad range, but depends on how much muscle you have , how big your bones are and how large your chest is.  Remember to not buy into Hollywoods standards.  They are thin and have $, but do their marraiges last any longer?  Are most of them happy?  Be yourself and be happy. Accept yourself for who you are inside and others will like you to. And don't worry about guys. They like us in all shapes and sizes!  Sorry to get all "Oprah" on you!
I'm 5'7" and between the ages of 15 and 21 I weighed 120-125. Then I got pregnant. Never seen those numbers again, nor do I want to. I think I will be happy with 145-150.
I'm 5'7" and a medium build too. I've chosen 125lbs as my goal weight, although being the non energetic type I probably won't end up as low as that.
5 ft 7.5 (again, the half inch is important) - hovering around 130-31 having lost a few pounds. Aiming for 127-28 at the lowest, probably.

At this stage, I'm finding measurements a better guide to how muscle tone and fat loss is working, to be honest.  I would recommend keeping tabs on hips and waist, as the fluctuating pound readings don't show the changing body composition properly.
I'm just under 5'7 and my usual goal weight is 125, however I have learned it is hard to maintain.  Now I usually try for the low 130's.

Oh...to weigh 130 again....
i'm 5'7'' and currently i am 145. my goal is to get down to 140 by christmas. i'll see how that feels and then decide if i want to loose more. my dream weight would be 130 - 135 and at absolute lowest 125... lower than that i look like a little girl.
I'm 5'7" and my goal is 150. (from 207!) My lowest was 135 but I can't maintain that. So I'm shooting for 150.
