Can a medium framed person ever get down to 110-120?
I have a medium frame (wrist is 6.5" according to all the measurement charts I looked at). I currently weigh 156 pounds and am 5'11". My goal is to get down to 110-120 by next March, preferably a 110. Would that be possible? (considering my body type is somewhat mesomorph)
I know I wouldn't ever be able to look as thin like the models but I'd like to at least look skinny.
Well, actually the height thing isn't a problem anymore. It's the frame. I just feel like I shouldn't be both: tall and wide so I feel huge compared to all the other girls at school. I don't see anyone else with my frame except boys so I feel too huge for a girl.
Work on putting some time in at the gym, adn toning up your body, not losing weight, it will make you look slimmer over time, and will also give you a lot of confidence. There are also a lot of good looking guys at the gym :)
No, I wasn't. I did however go to an agency once and they told me I could do plus size modelling.
wow this suprises me that they told you : you could do plus size modeling, just bc i remember seeing on america's next top model and the girl lost weight so she was becoming to thin to be plus size. i would think you would be too small/thin to be plus size.
anyway - 110-120 would be smaller then a lot of models @ 5'11"
- i would go back into the agency and see what they say when you are a bmi of 18 (129). i bet you would be perfect. yes underweight but - model perfect.
and medium frame can get thin they just look bonier then a smaller thin frame.
goodluck to you.
5'11 at 130 is perfect like the above post said. isn't that what most models are?
Even 130 at 5'11" is a BMI of 18.1 which is underweight. Calorie Count is about promoting *healthy* weight loss. I hope a mod gets in here.

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
