I finally broke the stinking plateau!  I've been bouncing between 155-157 for at least six weeks.  I droppted to 154.8 last Fri, then immediately went back up to 155.0, exactly that, until Thurs.  THen out of the blue, yesterday was 153.6, and today was 154.0.  So I am officially broken through.  Hopefully it will start dropping again at my more usual rate.

I am not going in the right direction...too much drinking i think. So I am shaping up and making a week goal list 4 the week 

  • drink more water...ive totally slacked and been drinking less and less
  • exercise 150 min
  • eat less breaded items and stay by my calorie targets of 1300-1400

 

I am determined to get to my goal 125 just as you all are. The ones that are so close, how do you do it?

Ive only lost 1 lb this month (started 5 weeks ago)

Id love to hear some tips and get some help for these 10 lbs. I do yoga almost everyday and lately started calisthenics and running again.
