I did really good this weekend after a whole week extreme bidge and not making it to the gym.  So it was a good start for this week I want to believe so I want to see better!

What day are we going to weigh in?

I go for my yearly physical on Wednesday and I'm looking forward to seeing how my cholesterol and triglycerides have changed since a year ago.  You would think eating healthier and losing almost 30 pounds would help that.  Wish me luck.  I'm excited to be much healthier, and I am NOT going to let heart disease and diabetes get me...It runs in my family, but I'm determined to not let myself go in that direction.

On another note, I was so excited about this I just had to share....I went through my drawer of bras that have been too small for me (since I got p.g. and had my first child over 5 years ago).  My 34 DDs actually fit me again!  No more DDDs!  Some of you may think...wow!  That's still huge, but for me I feel SMALL.  I had been wearing 36 DDDs, Fs, and I even had a G when I was nursing.  I haven't had pre-baby sized boobs for a long time.  Makes me feel good and I can find clothes that are actually cute and not old-lady style.  I don't HAVE to get an XL or L shirt anymore to fit my chest and swim in in everywhere else.  Yeah for me!

Im in! I started this website a yr ago but havent been on much, I am now ready to get real serious! I went from 170 down to 130 but then my daughter was in the hospital and I gained in that time, and havent lost it, so I dont know what to put as my start weight. I am now at 144 and my goal is about 120-115.

Thanks for adding me to the list! Is there a set day of the week to weigh in, or are we just to pick a day to do it individually?

It's always been Fridays, since the original list started on 1/1/08.  But if another day suits the new group better, it doesn't matter to me.  I weigh everyday, so one is just as good as any other.

So it's wednesday & I have 91 minutes in of exercising...59 in more to make my week goal. Ill get 28-29 in later today and then again in the morning.  I have been doing a dvd the past few days...just cant seem to get outdoors in the humidity~doesn't appeal to me. lol!  anyway I am also drinking about 64-96 oz of water a day.

The calories on the other hand hasnt been so great. Staying around 1500 but wanting to stay between 1200-1300. Oh well, could be way worse and I could be eating like 2000.

And thursdays would be the only other day I could check in, but I like Fridays. Lets keep it if you don't mind.

.... kinda sorta good no where near where i need to be for my goal date but hey i may have to readjust my goal weight

I'm going to have to take today's (Thurs) weight because I won't get in to use the "official scale" I usually use on Friday's until Monday, so here goes.

120.75.....-0.5 pound loss.  Yeah  If I could just get to 120.....I'll readjust my goal then.

Have a good weekend, everyone.  I'm home with the kids today and tomorrow and my 5 year old threw the biggest tantrum/attitude with me, my 3 year old was trying to shove a baby kitten into a big empty pickle jar we have for a squirrel feeder, my dog ran down our long driveway after my future sis-in-law who was on her bike onto the highway, I had to fly down the driveway in the truck to go get him off the highway...It's been a H@LL of a day!  I think I need a girl's night!

Finally inching down again.  I've lost two pounds this month.    It's less than a pound a week, but at least I'm off the dratted 155-157 plateau.

I'm currently 126, goal weight 118.

Yay! I finally got below 183. I've been stuck there for over two months! Man, that sucked. I cut my calories down to 1350-1400 a day. People said to eat more, but I was eating 1800 and I think that was just too much for me (or just enough. I seemed to have been maintaining 183 lbs pretty well Undecided). I also started doing taebo 3 times a week, and biking the other 3 days. I'll take Sunday off.
