So how is everyone doing? My water and fiber intake have been increased this week (so far so good, right?) And... I actually went to the gym last night for 1.5 hr, I really love step aerobics, wish I could get to a class every day! Anyway, have a great day everyone!

I havent exercised at all this week...but I havent had any soda! not really a fair trade uh? oh, well I am going to try to get up in the morning and workout...I am a 3rd shifter and all though I dont work tonight and will sleep like a normal person I do always have a hard time being a morning person.
Just wanted to pop in and say hi! I hope everyone is having a great week, weight loss and otherwise. I'm staying on track, and that alone I'm very happy about. Looking forward to Friday!

Up .6 from last week. Dagnabit. I bounced back and forth a dozen times between 155-157, and now I seem to be hovering at 154.
I'm so glad to see some success on here! Nice work zephyrdame and mom22 - I think I'm going to be trying to add more fibre as well. 2nluv, must be great to be into the 160s, good for you!
I remain at 126, same as last week. I intend to go hardcore next week. Fingers crossed for at least a pound!
I lost really quicky the first week and a half (like 5 pounds!) and now I'm at a standstill at 160. No gain, but no loss. : ( Seriously, wtf?
