So how is everyone doing?  My water and fiber intake have been increased this week (so far so good, right?)  And... I actually went to the gym last night for 1.5 hr, I really love step aerobics, wish I could get to a class every day!  Anyway, have a great day everyone!

Finally! I've lost 2 lbs since I last weighed in last week. I now stand at 132. Yes!

WOW! our member list is quite growing...I am willing to add only a few more ppl and then thats it only because its gets to hard to keep track of everyone.  Hope you all understand! 

great job to both mom22boyz and zephyrdame~  mom22boyz for you water, fiber, and exercise increases and zephyrdame with your finally 2 lb loss! YAY!!!

I havent exercised at all this week...but I havent had any soda!  not really a fair trade uh?  oh, well I am going to try to get up in the morning and workout...I am a 3rd shifter and all though I dont work tonight and will sleep like a normal person I do always have a hard time being a morning person.

Just wanted to pop in and say hi! I hope everyone is having a great week, weight loss and otherwise. I'm staying on track, and that alone I'm very happy about. Looking forward to Friday!

Thanks, makinitcount44! But my scale has finally gone down to 131 the past week - so change that. 3 lbs loss so far. Whoo!

Up .6 from last week.  Dagnabit.  I bounced back and forth a dozen times between 155-157, and now I seem to be hovering at 154.

I'm so glad to see some success on here!  Nice work zephyrdame and mom22 - I think I'm going to be trying to add more fibre as well.  2nluv, must be great to be into the 160s, good for you! 

I remain at 126, same as last week.   I intend to go hardcore next week.  Fingers crossed for at least a pound!

I lost really quicky the first week and a half (like 5 pounds!) and now I'm at a standstill at 160. No gain, but no loss. : (  Seriously, wtf?

Hoping for a better read out next week. Congrats do those who have lost!
