So, earlier this week I made it down to 129, but this morning my official weigh in is still 130. Sigh. Oh well at least I know that I can still lose, I'll just have to make sure I keep that pound off next week!

I'm struggling with finding time to work out during the week nowadays since I've started my full time job and have an infant to tend to and who wants all my attention, I used to work out when she went to bed for the night for about an hour but now when she goes to bed...I go to bed because I'm drained...I'll try to make up for it this weekend and figure out some sort of schedule with work/baby/working out...at least I hope...anywho...I did lose 1 pound so its still progress...current stats...

my weigh in this week is still the same~135~...i really lack self control when it comes to eating good all week including the weekends and exercising ( I only did the ellip 1 day this week for 30 mins)
I dont know...maybe my body is happy here~ i really dont want it to be though. I want to be at 125ish.
like when I first lost weight people would say I was looking too skinny but now being the same weight for like 6 months now (so I know I can pretty much maintain, which is good to know) I again feel like I look not the way i want to at this current weight. anyone else feel like this???
I know exactly what you mean makinitcount44! (Although I've never had anyone tell me I looked too skinny - that must feel good!) I also lack the self control I need to succeed at this. Ugh! I always have this up and down stuff. I'll do really well for a couple of weeks and start to see some progress, and then I go crazy and have a really really bad week (like last week which is why I didn't want to even check my weight Friday). Well I checked this morning, and yuck!
I'm also at a weight that seems easy to maintain ( the 134-136 range). I had the same thing about a year ago except the range was a few pounds higher (137-139) so I guess that's good, but come on a whole year to really lose 3 pounds! I know I could look and feel better if I could only stick to it!
So here are my stats today.

I know what you mean about people thinking you are looking too skinny. If they could only see you naked with the rolls, stretchmarks and saggy skin & b00bs hanging all over the place! Problem with me is, I do have skinny limbs. I just need to work on the mid-section. They say--always the first place to gain is the last place to lose. And I believe it. I store my weight in the middle and its taking forever to come off.

my weigh in 135.5 so down .5 lbs.
Eek! I completely forgot the weigh in yesterday! The good news is, I've broken my plateau and finally dropped on the scale this week! The bad news is, it's not that accurate since I had a night of heavy drinking last night, and let's just say this morning when I weighed myself it was after "the morning after" BM and we all know how that goes...I weighed in at 126 lbs, but I completely know that that'll be up to normal again by this afternoon.
So, my actual weigh in (what I weighed in at the rest of the week):
skinnylv - 150/129/120
Exercise--This spring I started Jazzercise and I really LOVE it. Its a fun way to work out and it keeps you going for a whole hour. I sweat my a$$ off and have fun doing so. I try to walk on nice days after I've dropped the kids off at daycare...usually for about an hour.
Counting Calories--I've really been obsessive about counting calories. I usually go over the 1300 goal I set for myself, but what I try to do is just keep it under what my body is burning. I burn around 1550 w/o exercise, so I try not to eat over that on non-exercise days. On exercise days I may eat that, but always figure in that I have a greater deficit because I burned more through exercise. I have a spreadsheet that I got from someone on here that I revamped (because the one I got from her continued to lose the formatting). I simply input the calories consumed, add the calories burned (through the formula) to what I burn w/o exercise and mark myself in the green if I stay below what I burn and in the red if I go over what I burn. It calculates approximately what my daily weight will be and adjusts it accordingly to the numbers I put in daily. Right now I'm at about 20% weight loss and it feels great.
Eating--I TRY to eat low fat, low cholesterol, low calories foods. I'm eating a lot more frest fruits and fresh veggies than I did a year ago...I try to eat higher fiber cereals for breakfast. I buy the baked or light (fat-free) chips...those I can't give up. And when I eat them I simply try to just eat the serving size. If I go over, I log it and count it like I do everything else. I eat desserts...I'm not that obsessive...you have to enjoy foods that you love. So when you want to make a yellow cake w/chocolate frosting or Special K bars for the family...you CAN indulge. Just incorporate it into a healthier lifestlye and not eat a whole row of Special K bars like I used to.
My husband is now trying to watch the cholesterol and fat...he just came back with a recommendation from his Dr., too. He's also trying to quick smoking, so hopefully we're all going to be a little bit healthier at our house.

I cant seem to lose anything...im always fluctuating within the same 135-136.5lbs. UUUUGGGHHH!
I went to sign up with this instructor for kickboxing and he works you out for 1 min 30 sec to see if you can handle the class. In that short of time he kicked my ass! 31 pushups, 40 kicks continously, kick behinds 15 on each leg pushing into the bag, punching as hard as you can for 30 sec, and 15 squat jumps. TOUGH!!!! but I am going to do it. its a 30 min class, a couple times a week and Im willing to give it a shot to get my booty in shape and my body toned. I am sore today also...sad! ![]()
