I weighed in at 153 this morning...I know official weigh in was yesterday but I was excited so I thought I'd share Laughing

Oh and I misprinted my goal weight its 140 not 145...

Haha, maybe.  I am too in love with eggnog =]

Thankfully, that 116 is from water retention from all the salt/msg I ate the day before, plus the weight lifting that I haven't done a while.  I weighed myself this morning to check, and I'm 114.  So hopefully I can get down to 110 before the year ends.  Otherwise, I'm satisfied with even a 2-pound loss =]

I am .5 lb lighter then on weigh in but really I have to get to back where I even started initially. Its  hard to believe that I was 133 at the end of May and I am 8 lbs heavier...ugh!

 

makinitcount - hey there hun! did u consider not weighing and just focusing on inch loss while u're on a lifting program? i think it would be alot more motivating, sore muscles can retain alot of water too, so it's not just muscle weight. Good luck! to everyone.

i haven't trained today or yetserday (which was my breka day anyway),  was too exhausted to work out... i might try going for it in a while. I've had a looooong day. hope all's well with everyone.

I understand that about strengthening and I am concentrating on both weight loss and inches. I did measure right before I started it 5 weeks ago and have lost a 1/2 inch around my waist and if I could just lose a few more lbs could see more of a change in my body as I continue my strenthening program.

I skipped dessert last night and hit the weight room. Not american so no thanksgiving dinner for me, but my whole family gets together on thursdays for family dinner anyway.

Thanksgiving was super hard! It was a good challenge.  I hope I can keep my motivation and discipline up.

I was pretty good yesterday and even had a little pie so I am happy that the scale didnt move.

 

congrats 2nluv, welcome to the little league (pun... smaller number of pounds to lose) :D

i've been inspired to hit the weights more, so today was my second crazy weight session with 3 others (who are crazy in shape and ripped so i felt kind of puny) and even though i was still kind of burning from the last one i'm glad i got thru. AND did HIIT afterwards!

i'm doing this 3 times a week and doing ballet the other three days so that's basically wht i'm doing. I know what makinitcount44 is doing for fitness, but i'm interested to know what everyone else is doing too!

1200calgirl~ hey lady! Awesome job getting through your strengthening. I love strengthening just as much as cardio ( running and circuits). And I feel soooo strong when I am done.

I also did HIIT after my workout today on the ellip...it felt awesome and i am not a huge fan of the ellip. but I think today totally changed my mind on it. I was going to give it away but I will now keep it.

I am totally upping it this month and hoping to really see some loss.

lol 1200calgirl...well I'm hoping that I'll be satisfied once I do finally reach my goal, your 116 is looking pretty tempting Tongue out Honestly I've never weighed less than 155 in my adult life so I don't really even know what my final goal will be and BTW I soooo envy you, I've always been interested in ballet, I actually took a class when I was a freshman but wasn't cut out for it so I settled for just appreciating it as an art form but dancers always have the best bodies!


Fitness for me includes basically running around in circles chasing my 14 month old lol...its a blast but boy is it exhausting. I honestly don't know why the pounds have just been fallin off of me lately, maybe my body is just tired of being heavy, which is perfectly fine to me!!! Do any of you ladies have any little ones too??? Someone told me that after about a year the baby weight just falls off...i just wonder how true that is...I weighed in at 147 this morning and was like "wow, really"...watch out makinitcount, I'm catching up to you Wink just kiddin'


Random question, just because we are all 5'3"...I'm sure no one really cares, but I'll ask anyways Laughingbut I was curious how much would you guess Kim Kardashian weighs??? I saw somewhere that she's 5'3"...

you know 2nluv I have an 8 yr boy. and honestly my weight never just "fell" off...lol...I fricking wish! I always had to work at it but when I was pregnant I only gained 22lbs any way and did physical work up to about about 4 days before I had him. And bejesus YOU ARE catching up and that is sooo awesome for you! you should be proud of yourself.  I wish I was catching up to someone...maybe barnaby115 at her CW...even her SW would be wickedly fantastic! Maybe I have asked you this before but how many calories do you eat each day roughly? Whats a day look like for when it comes to eating?

HMMMM...I would say Kim probably weighs aroung 123-127 and shes curvy which is great! I would much prefer hips and a booty then straight down from my waist to my knees. I dont know though., just a guess..what were you thinking?

lol yea I thought I'd just poll actual mothers to see...as for calories, I stopped keep track a few months ago, now I pretty much eat whatever I want. I'm addicted to Mexican and I don't know if you have one where you live but there's this place called Great Wraps and I get a Buffalo Bill probably two or three times a week there...now that I think about it, thats awful!!! Its fried chicken strips with ranch dressing and mozarella cheese with buffalo wing sauce but its soooo yummy. I'm sure I'm probably way over the calories I "should" consume but couldn't really tell whereabouts, but then again I usually only have time to eat twice a day so I might grab a cinnamon cruch bagel from Panera or a Chicken Biscuit (with Cheese! lol) from Chick-fil-a on the way to work and either make my usual run to Great Wraps or to my fav. mexican restaurant or sometimes chinese for lunch/dinner but it could possible be that I'm right at 1200 calories a day. I really don't know. I'll try to keep track for the rest of the week and come weigh-in I'll have a report for you Laughing


As far as Ms. Kim K...I read somewhere she was 115 but didn't believe it, if I were to guess I would probaly say 130, my sister is 125 and is 5'4" and sooo skinny and I definitely agree, I love my hips and booty and whatever weight I settle on I hope I still have those curves.
