Hi everyone! I, too, am a teacher...would love to join~is this still possible? I have about 20 lbs. to loose and would LOVE to return to school looking "FINE" LOL...
Last summer I did very well on South Beach, but when I went back to work it was VERY difficult to "live life" and stay on track...gained 10 of the 18 lbs. back~ughhh!! Need help finding a way to eat without going overboard OR limiting myself to almost all foods...I would love to enjoy life~in moderation.
So, am I in? How does this work?

This sounds hard, in a GOOD way! I have 45 lbs of baby weight to lose...this should help with the motivation!
I'd like to join. This looks like fun. I have about 14 pounds to go and could really use the support. It would be just great if I could lose it by Sept 1st. Count me in please.

Hello, I'd love to join. I just finished a four-week challenge with some others and was surprised at how potent a motivator it was. I'm pleased to find another challenge to segue into at just the right moment.
Previously I was doing Friday weigh-in's, which were nice because if I went a little off during the weekend, I could focus during the work week and make progress. I think the Monday weigh-in will be a good challenge by itself!
I've got 30 pounds to lose by New Year's, so let's say 20 for the summer, since that's the easiest time to be active.
I'm in. I skipped the May weightloss challenge and it wasn't such a great idea.
So I'm definitley up for a longer challenge that will hopefully keep me more motivated than I can keep myself. ![]()
