My goal here is to NOT gain anything over the summer. I'd like to lose another 8-10 pounds, but I'm not going to stress over that. I've got enough stressors already (which seem to have put me in a permanent chocolate craving haze), so I'll be satisfied to stay where I'm at right now until I get past everything else

I'm doing this because, well, just because my frame can carry 220 without looking ghastly, doesn't mean I need to weigh that much. I don't make many goals as I am a brilliant self-saboteur -- but I want to be/stay healthy.

I'm adding to that wonderful list of "WHY'S" I HAVE to do this:

1.  I want to keep up with my kids

2.  I don't want to say "no" when my children ask to do something because I'm uncomfortable with the way I look

3.  I don't want to become a "shut in" (I've stayed home from parties because some of my friends have lost tremendous amounts of weight and now i'm the pudgy one!)

4.  I still want to catch the eye of others~hey, don't we all like to get that "second look" from a stranger for the RIGHT reasons?!

5.  **I NEVER DO ANYTHING FOR ME!**

I have my goal kind of high because I am trying to gain muscle and loose fat. I will probably get down to 120 or 125 before I'm through but once I get to 130 I am not going to be as concerned with weight but more with size and how I feel.

Current weight 184 (I have recently gained back some weight--May is incredibly stressful for me)

Goal for the challenge? First, not to gain weight over the summer. Ideally I'd like to lose 15 pounds over the summer.

I apologize for not posting my weigh in yesterday.

CW: 216

GW: 185 by Labor Day, about 10 pounds a month.

Age: 30 (until this Thursday, May 29) Height/Frame: 5'4"/Large SW: 200 (07.02.07) CW: 152.50 (5.26.08) GW: 134

With my upcoming birthday, this past weekend was a challenge and this week is proving to be no different...but I will overcome the temptations and succeed (and at the very least, not gain!). My ultimate goal weight is 134; however, I'm up for a big reward when my BMI is no longer over 25 (144 pounds), which will happen somtime between now and Labor Day.

My three biggest reasons to loose weight: 1. To be Healthy and a Healthy Role Model for myself and Family 2. My Wedding Day (date TBD, perhaps before Labor Day) 3. To get Pregnant and have a Healthy Baby (once the I Do's are done, its off to try and start a family).
