I started dieting the first of March at 162.8 .So today marks my first 20 lbs lost!! Yeah! I'm doing the happy dance Laughing

The thing I did best last week was portion control. The thing I need to work on this week is exercising more.

I didn't do as well as i'd like this week, but still, progress was made.  Yesterday i didn't have a deficit at all though cause it was my roommates birthday and i overdid it on the burgers and cake a little.  Still, having a maintenance day once in a while is probably good for me.

So here are the results:

SW: 160

CW: 159.2

GW: 140 - 145

Next week i keep very strictly to my calories, especially since i'm visiting my parents and won't be able to exercise as much.

 Monday, June 1: 168.4 Hey, one pound! It's more than I thought, considering we went to a party on Saturday and out to dinner on Friday. My sprained toe still hurts, so I can't do the treadmill, but my gym has a spin machine so I'll try that today and do weights for my arms and back.

 

SW : 129

June 1st : 125.6

125 is where I was last week and then was suddenly 129, so it may look like I lost 4 in a week, but I'm pretty sure it had to do with some water weight. But yay for what seems like 4 pounds gone!

Everyone is doing great! I'm so glad I joined this challenge.

I had an great week, not only because I lost weight, but because I had an amazing "come to Buddha" experience of self-reflection regarding my weight-loss journey. If interested,  see today's entry in my journal called: Food for Thought...my recent epiphany.

Ht: 5'6"

Start wt: 194.4 lbs

Current wt: 191 lbs

This week’s loss: 3.4 lb! Yipee!Laughing (I know some is water loss, but hey!)

Ultimate Goal Wt: 136

I’m fortunate in that I’ve had lots of time all to myself this week to read and contemplate my weight and health goals. It’s been like those lazy teen days of summer. Great timing for starting this CC Challenge!

 

I am UP .4 lbs, though hoping its just a fluctuation or water (there was extra sodium in my diet yesterday).  I averaged 1636 calories/day for the week, and logged over 10 hours of exercise total so I don't see how a real gain is possible.  Here's my stats:

H: 5'3.5"

Challenge SW (Memorial Day): 167

CW: 167.4

GW: 135

Glad I am part of this but sorry to spoil the momentum with my weight gain.  I am logging anyways and keeping it honest ... that's part of the challenge, right?

Feeling good, so far! 

I had a rough week. I was really exhausted and overate to compensate. Then I just gave up at a bridal shower. I gained 3 pounds and then lost one over the weekend. Total = +2. At least I'm back on track now.

:(

SW: 121.5 lbs.

CW: 122.0 lbs.

GW: 103.0 lbs.

I went to Vegas this weekend. The only thing i can be proud of is that i drank LITE beer the whole time. lol. I'm commin back strong this week though.
