Why do men have to look at other women?

Normally, I really don't mind but recently,  it's starting to bother me.  I think it is so rude when your (husband or boyfriend) is walking or sitting with you and their eyes is looking elsewhere.  Sometime, the girls or ladies is not all that good looking.   I get so angry because it makes me feel like I am not good enough or what!!!

I am I alone on this subject????

sexting rocks! but only with bf... we send pix back n forth all the time. long-distance dating has its challenges. if anyone ever finds his phone i may be really embarrassed though.

i just have to giggle that all the kids get in trouble for it. o please! im so glad im a grownup and can send inappropriateness to my man whenever i want.

i sent a txt msg to my daughter once by mistake...thankfully!!!! it was more lovey than vulgar or risque. she replied haha ummm thanks but no.

once i sent an email intended for bf to some chick...she replied and apparantly it got her all hot and said thanks!

my SIL...who with her hubby are youth pastors of a small town, had to call back the man...beg him to delete it and he said he would AFTER she talked to his VERY angry wife.  oops :P

Heh, I do that with my wife. She has a laptop and the office can get a little hot, being upstairs in midsummer... so she'll go downstairs to the living room, open all the windows and do her thing in the nice cross-breeze.

When I'm thinking it's time for a 'coffee break', I'll send her an IM via MSN or Skype or something. Something suggestive at first, then progressively more lewd and explicit until she can't tolerate the tease and comes upstairs demanding me to take her in a manly fashion.

It's even fun when I do that stuff when I'm on a trip. She gets all pouty: "I couldn't sleep until I took care of the problem YOU created!" heh... aww, poor diddums girly girl.

flirting with, seducing and being fun and playing with your partner is a must...the kids HATE it when he and I are sitting on opposite ends of the sectional (kids in the middle) and we start texting eachother...they are old enough to know we aren't talking about what bill to pay that week

edit to say...they SAY they hate it...but we know they love it...they like knowing their parents are happy together.

It seems that many women subscribe to the calming ideas that 'all men do it, it's in their nature,' and the mantra 'as long as he comes home to me.' I can't count how many times I've read these things about any number of relational problems between men and women.

Come on, do we really believe this?

Let's face the facts: a lot of men act like that, and so we base our expectations or demands upon the mean behavior of men, not the potential or capacity. It's a ridiculous and naive notion to think that so many of our behaviors are ingrained biologically. That's an excuse to keep our present cultural trends in place - and it's effective.

If the expectation were that men never looked at other women, never looked at porn - then this would be the reality. Remember history? Women were expected to be subservient and supportive - and they were - SO IT MUST BE IN THEIR GENES, THEIR BIOLOGICAL NATURE~! EUREKA - I'M SUCH A BRILLIANT ARMCHAIR EVOLUTIONIST.

What, precisely, is wrong with Men looking at other Women?

It's scawwy, HK!!  Duhhhh.

How are we supposed to know where the women are if we don't look?  You can't avoid looking at someone if you don't know where they are and you usually can't tell where they are without looking.
