Granted, some of this stuff I haven't eaten yet, I feel full, it's almost too hard to eat all this stuff. I am trying to get my cals to 1800. I am so surprized at how much more I can eat and lose weight by just eating good food. My fiber intake is 49 so far for the day. This is also rated an A. Now if it stops thundering I can go swim for 2 hours and burn 1400 cals. If not I'll be forced to blast music and dance around like an idiot, lol.

Once you swim, you'll be starving. At least swimming does that to me.

Instead of going so low cal, eat things that are higher in cals. maybe instead of chicken breast, have some lean beef.

Put an oil based dressing on your salad with some almonds. Almonds pack on lots of cals.  Nuts in general do. I <3 nuts! lol.

But I do agree, eat low cal and you can eat ALL day and be stuffed. Who woulda thought?
Ok. well if you are trying to eat more, skip the rockmelon for a banana. Same amount, more cals, better nutrition.

3. Why are you eating 300g of cabbage if you're trying to eat more? Spinach is also low cal, but better for you. I'm not saying eat a steak, but try more cal dense (but still healthy foods) like corn kerna;s and peas.
Also, do things like add nuts/sesame seeds to teh rice (tastes soo nice) maybe dont have plain chicken (even a small sauce will help. Use some olive oil - healthy) and also you NEED more calcium. Like A LOT. Grab some milk (soy is fine as long as it has calcium) or yogurt.
Head over to the USDA pyramid site and log in your stats and get it to how much you wanna eat. It will show you servings. I tried this for a while and didnt cal count. I double checked it hte other day and its accurate! I dont know how, but its within 200 cals, so thats grat. Also try whfoods.com.
Add things like molasses, honey and maple syprup (the real stuff) - its acutally good for you (check whfoods.com)
Try some more good fats from nuts/avacado.

I was in the same boat. 1200 cals was enough for me. But i soon leanrt I needed 2200, and wow, it was hard to get near it. But You learn tricks, like nuts (tho i can only have about 1oz - tummy problems) having drinks (100% fruit juice, no added nasties), having smoothies, which rack up the cals nicely and are awesome, and eating for nutrition instead of cals

Well last time I ate a banana I ended up in the ER, lol serverly allergic, avacodo's too. I eat a lot of spinach, I had a head of cabbage I needed to use. I eat plain yougurt, had some today, may add some more later. Honey and maple I can't eat due to being diabetic. It is a lot of food though. One whopper from burger king is over 700 calories. I have been making smoothies. I am kind of afraid to eat nuts after what happened with the banana, mouth and throat swelled, high bp and pulse whole body turned beet red and violent vomiting. I have eaten them all my life with no prob, then wham. Seems I am allergic to latex and the natural protien from banana and avacodo are used in latex. I eat a lot of frozen fruit no sugar added, I like that. Well off to eat then back in the pool :)
