menu help

i need help planning a menu, the basic specs. are about 600 cals or under for the intire meal, food wise it needs chicken, pasta, alfredo sauce, and no vegtables.  i need to come up with a side, a main course, and a desert.  i was thinking of using the ragu lite alfredo (because i can't find a alfredo recipe for 70 cal per 1/4 c but if i could i would rather make it myself) and i don't want to make just plain alfredo covered pasta but i can't think of anything else, for chicken it would be boneless skinless breast, but i have no clue what i would make i was thinking a baked kiev but that needs mashed potatos then i thought a chicken parmesan but that would have cheese on it and i wasn't sure if that would be a good idea with the alfredo sauce. and desert i have no idea what so ever though i want it to be more than a mixed fruit. any ideas would be greatly apreciated even dificult ones because i have almost a year to practice.

thanks

I dont know about cals but this is waht i'm thinking
Why no veggies?? You could have super low cals if you used ribbons of zuchinna and carrots, mixed in with spagetti and it'd look really nice.
Who is it for? You or someone else?
Yep, boneless skinlees. Why not just plain grilled? Or put the alreadeo sauce INSIDE the chicken. Or on plain pasta with teh sauce over both? Or a chicken bake? And there's no rule saying kiev needs mashed potatoes or parmesan needs gallons of cheese.

Look up hungry-girls girl-fredo. its about 80 cal PER SERVE. Couldnt you jsut make that and add small pieces of marinated grilled chicken on top?

For dessert why not freeze up some mango cheeks. Whizz in a blender and re-freeze, stiring before it becomes hard - low cal sorbet. Or do it with banana. Or sugar free jelly with some low-fat icream and fruit. or fruit salad on kabob sticks, drizzled with chocolate (just a drizzle) with a low-fat yogurt dip? Or a souffle? They can get super low cal. Or how about apple pie with only the top, adn a half a scoop of low fat icecream.
no veggies because well i hate them and so does the other person so veggies are out i would have delt with them by picking them out but it was a specific request, the keiv i cant eat it with out potatos, a mental thing i think, and i just wasn't sure about the parmesan but thanks for the ideas for desert

Low cal without veggies generally means only chemicals, im not hear to preach coz i eat those fake sugars etc too but u need healthy stuff to even it out
ok since this looks like it is a pattern, i understand the benifits of vegtables, i just don't like them nor do i eat them, and even if i did this meal is a welcome home from the airforce dinner and my friend does not eat them so even if they can look pretty they won't be included
ok so now i think i might have a basic plan. I've got a couple garlic herb marinades i have no clue how many claories that that would add but it shouldnt be much more so for 4 oz thats 150 or i was thinking about chicken/prichuto rolls for 170 then i have fiberwise pasta spirals, i still don't know about the alfredo but some version made from laughing cow sounds good and top that with black olives and maybe a sprinkle of green onion and some herbs then for desert a berry parfaits with blueberrys strawberries wild and cultivated rasberries made with jello and pudding and maybe some home made bread if i get brave.

how does that sound
sounds good
I'd personally have veggies but if you dont eat them. I mean if there's any you like go for it (potatoes are veggies! as is pumpkin. Doesnt have to be steamed peas and carrots. Can be chinese mushrooms!! Or snow peas) And onion is a veggie.
