Merry christmas

to all,

thanks for being such a great help to me this year.I know I wouldn't have been able to shift this weight without your help. Having like minded people to chat to is great - reminds me that weight loss isn't the be-all and end-all.

So everyone, as I won't be near a computer for the next two weeks (beach holiday. I'm an aussie so it's sun, sun, sun at xmas for me) I had to say before I hit the surf that I hope your christmas is filled with family, good food, loads of presents and plenty of booze. You only go around once so make it count. Have a wonderful holiday and I hope to chat to you all in the new year.
