Weight Loss

I had some personal problems this weekend (which I have come to terms with) but my eating was so messed up and I was wondering what effects I will face.
On Saturday I ate well but drank a lot. On Sunday I didn't eat until late afternoon when I had arby's roast beef and french fries, and then veggie pizza in the evening. Monday I didn't eat much, but ate a hamburger at a cookout and 4 brownies. Yesterday I was too stressed to eat and had maybe 800 calories.
All the while I was stressing, too...I'm pretty much over my problems (guy problems...bleh) and have eaten well today. I also couldn't sleep and had a stint where I was awake for over 40 hours straight. I didn't even have the energy to go through my usual workout.
What damage should I expect, and is there any damage control I can do? I am generally a stress eater, but this time I had no appetite!

This is over with, in the past, and there's no way to fix it. All you can do is get back on track with your next meal. It might help you to plan out what you are going to eat and drink for the day and log it in advance. Then all you have to do is stick to your plan. It's up to you to motivate yourself to stay on track.
don't stress. everyone has trouble and falls off the path every once in awhile.
it's in the past now, and next time try to control your impulses better.
