will i mess up my metabolism?

hi guys

as you know i may be holidaying in cornwall next week. thing is - i eat 6-8 times a day - keepinig my metabloism nicely constant

however, i dont know if i can eat that often away and i was worried about whether this would ruin it. ??

how did others cope on their hols? did youb have this problem? i think my mums aiming for 3 BIG meals - this scares me! should i just adapt???

help guys!

Metabolism only starts to slow down if you go for a very long time between eating.... 6 hours plus.  Eating three meals a day is fine and I'm sure you'll find things to snack on between times.   Adapting, being flexible and easing yourself out of too rigid a schedule is going to do you a lot of good.  There will be lots happening to keep you occupied in Cornwall.   See it as an opportunity...

i think it will be good for you, too.  it's good to give the body changes now & then anyway.  don't let it get too used to anything!

eat better, AND exercise!

If you're worried about having 3 big meals, just don't eat everything on your plate. Pack some up for later to help spread it out, or just don't eat all of it and then carry some fruit or protein bars or something to have as snacks in between.
