- Green, White, Black & Oolong Tea

- Ice Cold Water

- Hot Peppers

- Grass-fed/finished Red Meat

- Fatty Fish 

- Cinnamon 

- Caffeine 

- Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Olives

- Garlic, Horseradish, Ginger, Fennel, Parsley & Tumeric 

- Vitamin C 

- Apple Cider Vinegar

Eating regularly  - three even-sized meals a day, plus snacks, if necessary - is a good way to keep the metabolism lively.  (Skipping meals does the reverse - especially breakfast).  Drinking plenty of fluids helps too.

The foods giasbashi6260 listed will slightly boost metabolism for about a half an hour - not enough to be significant.  Instead of searching for the magic food, read these terrific answers from Ask Mary

These food definitely work for me. While working out works to rev your metabolism too... it doesn't hurt to consume these foods on a regular basis instead of packaged goodies!
