Eating regularly - three even-sized meals a day, plus snacks, if necessary - is a good way to keep the metabolism lively. (Skipping meals does the reverse - especially breakfast). Drinking plenty of fluids helps too.

These food definitely work for me. While working out works to rev your metabolism too... it doesn't hurt to consume these foods on a regular basis instead of packaged goodies!
