Meters and losing weight

heres my question:

 

I have the amount of calories to eat on my food meter.  Now if my burn meter shows i can eat more and still have a defict can i eat more and still lose weight.

Yes, if you have a deficit, you can still lose weight.
Yhe key is how large a deficit you have.
I tend to have a very small deficit, so it takes me longer to lose since I don't burn as much naturally, and only eat 1300 calories.
If you keep in mind that a 3500 calorie deficit equals 1lb, you can figure out how long it will take you to reach that.
Example - if your deficit each day is 500 calories...it will take 7 days to lose the 1 lb since 500 x 7 = 3500 (equivalent to 1lb).

SO, you control how long it takes based on what feels best to you.
Keep in mind...slow and steady lasts longer.
