A "taco pie." The filling ingredients are the ground beef, the taco mix, the tomato soup, and the kidney beans. The topping ingredients are the rest.
| 1 1/2 | lbs lean ground beef |
| 1 | pkg taco mix |
| 14 1/2 | oz tomato soup, 1 can |
| 15 | oz kidney beans, 1 can |
| 1 | c Bisquick |
| 1 | c cheddar cheese, shredded |
| 1/2 | c skim milk |
| 1 | large egg |
| 1 | tsp parsley |
- Save 1 tsp of the taco mix for the topping.
- Brown meat, then add the rest of the meat filling mixture ingredients. Put in 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Combine topping ingredients. Spread the topping on the meat mixture.
- Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
