Mexican Pie Recipe

A "taco pie." The filling ingredients are the ground beef, the taco mix, the tomato soup, and the kidney beans. The topping ingredients are the rest.

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 pkg taco mix
14 1/2 oz tomato soup, 1 can
15 oz kidney beans, 1 can
1 c Bisquick
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c skim milk
1 large egg
1 tsp parsley
Directions
  1. Save 1 tsp of the taco mix for the topping.

  2. Brown meat, then add the rest of the meat filling mixture ingredients. Put in 9x13 inch baking pan.

  3. Combine topping ingredients. Spread the topping on the meat mixture.

  4. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
