micheal Thurman 6week body makeover
Has anyone tried this? My daughter in law lost 25 lbs since Aug. on it and I'm going to go see her and check out the program. She paid 120.00 for it and it seems to be working. Wondered if anyone else has experienced it, and what you thought.
Reason: Moved from the Lounge to Weight Loss
For me it was a matter of, "Can I live this way for the rest of my life?"....the anwer was simply no, so I stopped dong it & found a program called Body For Life, that made so much more sense to me.
if you can live with strange food restrictions and a ridged eating schedule you will loose weight...the day you start eating normally again, it comes back.
no wine, dairy, salt to name a few things...
my friend goes on and off it ALL the time
I lost 25lbs on it in a very short amount of time. I could never live on it. So I went off it and gained about 10lbs back over a year. I learned a lot while on it and still use some of the tools I learned today. If it's not going to cost you, try it! But I'll be honest and I find CC much easier and much more satisfying.
I have tried the 6 week makeover and found that it does work if you work the plan. I like the concept of eating every few hours to speed the metabolism. However, I decided this time around, I did not want to diet. I want to eat what I want just less of it. I have adopted the concept of eating every few hours or 6 times a day, and filling up on lots of veggies at meal time. I am not very good at following strict plans, but I can eat less of what I like, and have on hand any way.
What every you decide, good luck! I look forward to seeing less of you![]()
