a very low key but tasty dessert.

Recipe Ingredients for Microwave Chocolate Souffle for Two

2 oz butter, softened
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 egg
1/2 tsp all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp pistachios,shelled

Recipe Directions for Microwave Chocolate Souffle for Two

  1. put the butter and 1/4 cup of the chocolate chips in a 6-8oz coffee cup nuke for 30-45 seconds until the butter is pretty warm and liquid, stir, put back in for another 30 seconds, stir again.

  2. put the other 1/4 cup in the cup, continue as in step 1

  3. put in your egg, stir it up. put in your flour and baking powder stir again. put in your pistachios or other nuts, stir briefly.

  4. Microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes at 50%, you want to see the souffle rise a little bit over the cup, but not so much that it explodes in your microwave.

  5. It should be hot, but not piping hot.

  6. take it out and share it with your sweet heart!!!
