Females age 35 & up living in mid-america (working class, middle income, moderate education, just everyday gals) or anyone who feels that down to earth is the description that fits them . Gals that have more on their plates than picking out the outfit for the benefit ball and don't envy those with too much on their plates to enjoy life(spend more than 60 hours a week at the office trying to make that big promotion. )

Get started by telling us a little bit about yourself!

I am the starter of this group just looking for support of ladies who can probably relate to who and what I am and go through. No whining and cryin", just good support and input. I live in Tennessee near Nashville and am  53 years old, still a newly wed. I have one grown daughter and 3 grandsons. I work as a 911 dispatcher which is never boring but very stressful and causes you to sit for nearly 8 hours straight so exercise has to be one of my priorities. This is difficult since I was never an active person as far as sports. Also I need to lose about 25 pounds. Anyone who would like to join in please feel free. i am outspoken and will probably only be online 2 to 3 days a week but would love to meet some of you. Oh, anyone joining in, feel free to add a pic.
