i drink milk only because my mom hates to buy me anything in the vegetarian/vegan lifestyle. but if i could choose id choose soymilk, cause i like its taste better. especially silk chocolate! yummm
I've never tried chocolate soymilk ... but it sounds delicious !! :]
Real milk because soy milk tastes vile to me unless it's loaded with sugar.

Organic 2% milk because is hormone/antibiotic free and delish

or Vanilla Almond Breeze is YUMMIE!  But I seem to be the only one around here that likes it so I don't go out of my way to get it.

I try to steer away from soy as much as possible but am not adamantly opposed to it.

try silk. but if your watching the sugar try vanilla-its so good!

skim milk or vanilla almond breeze! both are pretty low cal.

I drink unsweetened vanilla almond breeze ... less than 1/2 the calories of skim milk and a fraction of the carbs! (Plus the fat in it, which isn't much, is healthy fats ... from almonds.)

ive been wanting to try that. is that good tasting since it doesnt have sugar? is it expensive?
plain silk light. it has less protein, but also less fat, sugar, and calories, with still a decent amount of protein and good calcium.

also i think its very tasty : )
Soy milk. Partly because I'm vegan, but I drank it even before I was just because cow's milk has NEVER tasted good to me. I always opted for water or juice when at friend's houses if offered it. Strange considering my brother loved the stuff.
Personally i think the unsweetened vanilla almond breeze isnt that bad..it doesnt taste DELICIOUS but what i do to that and skim milk for a tasty drink is add a shot of torani sugar free vanilla syrup...DELICIOUS! i drink that every morning. or you could add some splenda.
Around here (MD) Almond Breeze is about the same price as the Lactaid real milk I would otherwise buy.

I actually read an article published by my university today, that said that recent studies have shown that people exercising to lose weight lost twice as much weight if they drank milk than those that drank soy milk.  Milk somehow aides in weight-loss, even though the soy milk they used had the same amount of protein and fat as the milk.

Milk enzymes are good!

I drink real milk because I have read some scary stuff about the huge amounts of natural hormones in soy products.

Same here (California).  We try to watch for it to be on sale, then buy 4-6 boxes of it!

in some soy product IE the unfermented one's, I love chocolate soy milk more than regular milk yet I only drink small amount of dairy in my tea

soy milk- I'm vegan but I'm also allergic to dairy.

I drink both. Soy milk tastes better with my cereal. It's good in tea as well, but it's useless in instant coffee. It always seems to seperate. Cow milk is better if I make porridge. I can drink either really, both are tasty.
soymilk.
dairy doesn't agree with my stomach.
I drink lactaid 1% milk... preferably the one with added calcium. I loathe skim milk... but soy milk tastes even worse! I tried using soy products when I figured out I was lactose-intolerant but they just taste WRONG to me, and they grossly disagreed with my digestion. I never tried almond milk (I don't eat almonds).
