I do 50 min on Ellyptical and then 100 pushups and 20 mins of Ab. Is this wrong?

It works for me. But i realize that when i do my ab and pushups that i am fatigued.. Should i do these reversed? Trying to get tone while remaining thin.

From what I have found, you should do resistance before endurance for best results.  I would reverse it if I was doing that.   Maybe some one else can explain this better...

You want to not be tired when you lift - that leads to poor form.

You might want to add in some other things, besides pushups. Squats, deadlifts, lunges, pullups, shoulder press, rows, for example (most of those work the abs, anyway).

I switched a couple of weeks ago and do strength before cardio. I have noticed that I work up a good heart rate doing this and I work out more intensely during my cardio.

Thanks for all of your advice. I will be doing strength before cardio and see if its cool.
