It is suggested for your health and your fat loss you exercise at least 30 min 3 to 5 times a week.
Find something you enjoy doing, riding a bike, walking, swimming, tennis, hiking anything your can enjoy doing and find a friend to do it with.
It has been proven that those who use a support system, that have accountability are more successful at reaching their exercise goals. It is hard not to show up if you know someone else is waiting for you. Plus you will simply enjoy it more if you are not alone.
